Baiken-U LLP is a partnership involved in production of the natural uranium. More than 500 people work for the Partnership; approximately 450 employees work at its production facility - Kharassan-2 mine. 

HR policy of the Partnership is aimed at strengthening and maintaining the HR potential of the Partnership and development of an effective incentive system and creation of conditions for the full-fledged personnel development.  

In our employees we greatly appreciate the results orientation, readiness to work in a team and assume responsibility; and we attach great importance to labour incentive based on performance efficiency. 

Baiken-U LLP employment process is based on competitive selection of candidates for open managerial positions.

We use different communication channels in search for employees

  • We post announcements on the web-site of the Company, on the corporate web-site and specialized web portals.  
  • We apply to employment agencies.
  • We search through the database of CVs that are sent to us regularly.  

Receipt of CVs from candidates who stated their willingness to take part in competitive selection.

We receive CVs from potential candidates within 10 calendar days from the moment of the open vacancy announcement publication.

Selection by the contest commission

Candidates shall have an interview with the head of the corresponding business unit of the Partnership.

The contest commission shall assess candidates with due account of the test results and those of interview with the head of the corresponding business unit and after that it draws up its opinion on selection of a candidate(s).  

Decision making

CEO of the Partnership makes decision on employment of the successful candidate.

Labour Relations Formalization

The corresponding labour contract is concluded and an employment order is issued.
