Promotion of the healthy life style, creation of the favorable conditions for sports activities, improvement of cultural development, arranging for recreational activity for its employees, their family members and local people are amount the strands of the Partnership’s social policy.

The Partnership regularly arranges for various sports and recreational events as well as cultural and entertainment ones such as sports competitions, creativity competitions, holiday concerts, corporate events, etc.   

There are two gyms equipped with the modern equipment and gear (for men and women), a stadium, swimming pool, activity rooms (pool, chess and ping-pong) in the shift camp available for the workers.

Health resort vouchers are provided to the employee’s children.

Baiken-U LLP provided all the necessary conditions for sports activity and recreation of its employees and their family members.
