The Partnership renders material assistance to its employees and their family members, to socially vulnerable people and financially disadvantaged citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan including orphans, handicapped people, veterans of the Great Patriotic War (WWII), pensioners, non-governmental and other organizations.
Financial Aid
The Partnership renders financial aid to its employees in difficult straits and also in the event of wedding, child birth, anniversary celebration, etc.
Charity
The Partnership renders aid to socially vulnerable and disadvantaged people.
Sponsorship
Funds are allocated for social sphere development, support of sports, educational, health care and cultural activity.
USD 100 thousand
The Partnership allocates USD 100,000.00 in KZT equivalent at the exchange rate valid on the date for social and economic development of the region of its operation including development of its infrastructure on an annual basis under the subsoil resources use contract.
Charity Projects
“School Time” Project
The Partnership purchases school uniforms and supplies for socially vulnerable groups of Kyzylorda region’s population.
“Summer Holidays” Project
The Partnership arranges for recreation of orphans and children from disadvantaged families as well as for those kids who distinguished themselves in study during summer time.
“New Year Celebration” Project
Funds are allocated for New Year celebration party or New Year gifts are purchased for socially vulnerable groups of Kyzylorda region’s population.
Totally, 500 people work for Baiken-U LLP. Engineering and technical employees include the employees of Support Department, Administrative Department, process engineers, chemical process engineers, laboratory technicians, surveyors, dosimetricians, geologists, geotechnologists, ecologists, production engineers, health professionals, procurement service employees, etc.
Professionalism, ability of working in a team, pursuance of personal and professional development are the fundamental qualities of the Partnership’s personnel. Specifics of the Partnership’s operation require from its employees the qualities such as: commitment to job duties, professionalism, knowledge of specifics of the whole production process. Our sphere of activity does not tolerate negligence, carelessness and casual attention. Desire to learn new knowledge and master new skills is highly appreciated. All conditions are there in the Partnership for this purpose starting from short-term training (advanced professional training) and long-term training in higher educational institutions for industry-specific education.
