He was born in 1981.

In 2002, he graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics, majoring in International Monetary and Financial Relations.

In 2017, he graduated from the National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI", Moscow, with a degree in International Relations, Master's degree.

He started his career in 2002 as an economist at PEO Kazphosphate LLP. In 2003, he was hired by Bank TuranAlem JSC as a senior specialist in the Corporate Business Monitoring Department.

Since 2005, he has worked at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in positions from the chief dealer of the Dealing Operations Department to the Acting Head of the Monetary Operations Department of the Monetary Operations Department. 

Since 2009, Chairman of the Management Board of the broker-dealer company Fattah Finance JSC, Head of the Treasury Department of KIK JSC.

Since 2011, Chief Manager (Head) of the Risk Management Development Department, head of the transformation project for the implementation of targeted risk management and internal control processes of JSC NAC Kazatomprom, since 2015 Acting Head of the Risk Management Department of JSC NAC Kazatomprom.  

Since 2017, Head of the Department of Economic Analysis of JSC NAC Kazatomprom.

Since 2020, by the decision of the Supervisory Board, he was transferred as a risk and compliance officer to KAP Technology LLP, and since 2023, Deputy General Director for Finance of KAP Technology LLP.

Since December 2023, Deputy Director General for Economics and Finance of Baiken-U LLP.
